Hi, My name is Sue Morris and I live in Southampton, England.
This site is to bring together all the pages I have found for inspiration, affirmation and self help.
It will make it easier to browse all the pages with all of them in one place and if it helps anyone else that would be wonderful.
I have spent a long time finding pages to help me with affirmations and inspirational quotations and other self help.

Special Tribute
I would like to pay tribute to my son Jason who died on August 25th, 2002 aged 12 years. Jason had Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
My heart is shattered and will never heal. I have read, over and over, the words on these pages to try to find some comfort and strength. I will get through it and hope the pages will be able to help some others too.
A million words won't bring you back, we know because we've tried.
A million tears won't bring you back, we know because we've cried.
Our arms still ache to hold you, the tears still fall like rain.
Our hearts just long to see you and hear your voice again.
